Luke 17: 15-19. Lord forgive us for not thanking you enough.

Happy Thanksgiving Day!

“And when one of them saw that he was healed,
he came back praising God out loud. He knelt at
Jesus' feet and thanked him.

Jesus said: "The men who were healed were ten."
Where are the nine others? Why did only one return
to give thanks to God?
Luke 17: 15-19.

Dear God, on this day we want to pause and thank
you for your love and all the blessings we received.
You are our source of life, grace, and forgiveness.

Forgive us for not thanking you enough and help us
to fix our eyes and our
hearts only on You.
Since we know that you never reject the prayer of a
grateful heart.

“Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the
only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen”
